Palin Goes to Washington

The Post Election News most interesting right now…

How will Sarah Palin stay relevant for the GOP after having such a disastrous effect of the presidential campaign of Senator John Mccain?

Apparently if she declines Hollywood’s advances, and the courting she would possible have by News networks for a probable generic news show.

The media estranged Governor could possibly be a relevant face in the Washington political circles if she in fact resigned from Office.

Resign.
That’s correct!

Like many polarized voters wishes after Senator Mccain cherry picked a complete stranger to the Lower 48, after the horrendous constant reminder that a Finishing School, or possibly a better funded public education system could have made her at least Tolerable, many Americans (and maybe many around the world) could possibly get their wish.

Why would this even seem plausible for the seemingly party stalwart Republican Governor?

For that nearly parallel world reality, consider this:

Incumbent Alaskan Senator Ted Stevens(Rep),
who the day before the election,
was 8 points down against his opposition,
Democratic Senate hopeful Mark Begich.
The longest serving GOP Senator Stevens,
Now has a 2 points ahead?

That lead could go up.

And the count could still take up to 2 more weeks for the Alaskan Senate election results.
This gives Governor Palin, who obviously sees herself as a possibility for the party in a 2012 election just enough time woo her party after Senator Mccains dismal failure. The Republican party has had a very hard time this election season shoring up its base, and now with an even narrow vote in the House and Senate, they need to do damage control. For every little issue as well for anything from the past that is gaining speed in the review mirror.

A potential Boon for Governor Palin,
Senator Ted Stevens was just convicted of Felony crimes. Seven Counts to be exact, a seven-felony string of corruption charge. Stevens found guilty of accepting a bonanza of home renovations and fancy trimmings from an oil executive and then lying about it.

If the Senator is to win the election from Super Tuesday, He he could face being removed from office.

In the event that the Alaskan People demand that the Corrupt Senator is ousted, Who fills his post?

As an interim, Sarah Palin.

Not as the Governor, but as the Sarah Palin, The Hockey Mom from Wasilla.
The possible former Republican Governor could resign and then be appointed to the Senate by her replacement, her then former lieutenant governor.

Something the United States hasn’t seen since 1939.
